In 1991, Ceylan Enterprise Construction Tourism Investment Transport company was established. In the same year, the Hotel was opened in the center of Antalya. Later, the land of Greenwood Hotel in Göynük was purchased. In 1997, the hotel was built. The hotel was completed in 1991. In 2002, Ceysu Natural Spring Water was established. Sherwood Breezes, in 2005, and Sherwood Breezes in 2005, opened Sherwood Dreams and Sensimar Belek Hotels in Belek in 2010 to diversify its tourism destination in 2010. In 2013 Milta Holiday Village, which is affiliated with Doğan Holding, was acquired. This place was rebuilt at the end of the season and in 2015, Sherwood Club Kemer Hotel joined Sherwood Resort and Hotels family.
