The award ceremony of the 3rd National Antalya Industrial Zone Cartoon Competition on Technological Transformation in Industry was held in the administrative service building of the Regional Directorate. AGT Wood Industry, Ekici Cheese, Adalya Marble, PSL Elektronik Fiberli, Esli Industrial, organized by Antalya Organized Industrialists Association and Young Organized Industry Association sponsored the award ceremony of Antalya OSB Board Members Fatih Incir, Yiğit Budak, Members of the Board of Directors Fatin Tapci, Western Mediterranean Industry and Business Federation (BAKSİFED) Chairman Abdullah Erdoğan, Chamber of Civil Engineers Antalya Branch Chairman Mustafa Balcı, Organized Industrialists Business Association President Ahmet Kasapoğlu, Regional Director İlhan Metin and Regional industrialists participated.
EXHIBITION WILL BE OPEN FOR A YEAR

TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION IN INDUSTRY
In the opening speech of the ceremony, Antalya OSB Board Member Fatih İncir thanked all the artists participating in the contest. An Imagination is more important than knowledge, İnc he said. For this reason, we have determined the subject of this year's contest as Technological Transformation in Industry İşte. So we asked our illustrators how the factories of the future would be and how the production lines would change depending on the technological developments. In short, we wanted them to dream. With the full implementation of Industry 4.0, it is a fact that the human factor, which has so far played an important role in the production processes in industry, is largely replaced by intelligent machines. Although the use of intelligent machines in manufacturing processes leads to a significant loss of employment, it is expected that the need for more qualified manpower will increase with Industry 4.0. We are talking about a transformation here, and we are talking about the need to strengthen awareness about this transformation. At this point, we think that our competition and drawn cartoons are a very important source for this awareness.
AWARD CEREMONY
After the speeches they went on with the awards ceremony. Honorable Mention Hakan Sümer, Sait Munzur and Fethi Gürcan Mermertaş'e awards OSİAD Chairman Ahmet Kasapoğlu, Young Organized Society Secretary General Elçin Ekici Ozturk, ESLI Industrial Chairman of the Board of Directors Aytekin Poçins, PSL Electronic Board Member Erdal Kilic, Regional Manager Ilhan Metin and Kürşat Zaman gave.
