GOAL 

In Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, to ensure the continuity of quality and uninterrupted energy usage, to provide necessary maintenance, revision and renovation works in the internal LV / MV electrical network, to take the corrective and preventive measures in order to minimize the failures. perform the supply of electrical energy.

Antalya Organized Industrial Zone; In accordance with the Electricity Market Law no. 4628 and the relevant legislation, OIZ Distribution License was obtained with the decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Board dated 20/09/2007 and numbered 1315-16. Electrical energy in our region TEİAŞ AKORSAN TM 154 / 31,5 kV. It is collectively purchased from the transformer busbar and is distributed to our industrialists by the Regional Directorate. Electricity Network and Distribution Centers belong to Organized Industrial Zone. Maintenance and operation of the electricity grid is carried out by the Regional Directorate.

NETWORK / DOWNLOAD CENTER  

Companies; It receives energy from the Internal Network consisting of 70 distribution centers with the power transmission line from the 154 / 31.5 kV 100 MVA + 50 MVA AKORSAN TM connected with the interconnected network. The electrical network of ANTALYA OSB has been designed and installed in such a way as to limit possible failures to minimum levels.  Since the high voltage distribution network is planned to reduce downtime and the number of affected participant facilities, all distribution centers are composed of at least two inputs and ring system. In the network supported by scada system and counter automation, the main communication is formed by a closed ring topology on 24MM / 24SM fiber cable. Scada software can be used to switch on / off maneuvers on all cells in DM and to monitor open / close positions. Current, voltage, power factor, frequency etc. coming from protection relays. the data is shown on the relevant pages and can be followed graphically.

The system also has a 1000 meter reading capacity Automatic Meter Reading System (OSOS). The SCADA and OSOS structure communicate on the same fiber optic line on completely separate cores. The counters in the DMs come out of the fiber via Ethernet / LAN modem and can be read periodically through OSOS software at desired time intervals. The information of the subscribers is obtained via GSM modem and APN. As OSOS software, ACECENTER program is used. The system has 30 advanced energy analyzers. EN50160 energy quality reports can be made thanks to these energy analyzers.  The installed capacity of the ANTALYA OSB electricity grid has a capacity to meet 100 MW load. Section 1 of the 23 distribution centers between 31.5 kV 15787 m. 1 * 185 mm² XLPE underground cable is used. In the 2nd Division Area, 14 distribution centers have 31.5 kV. 4649 m. 477.000 MCM, 2540 m. 266.800 MCM aluminum conductors are used. There are 8 distribution centers in Extension No: 1 5213 m. 1 * 185 mm² XLPE underground cable is used. There are 15 distribution centers in the Extension 2 No: 10605 m. 1 * 240 mm² XLPE underground cable is used. In the distribution centers, there is equipped with cutter feeders for each industrial parcel. After the establishment of the industrial facilities, the required AG energy needs are met with the distribution transformers in the regional distribution centers; Each company provides the building power plant (31,5 / 0,4 kV.) which is suitable for its installed power and provides the electrical energy required for the operation period by its underground cable.

In the Organized Industrial Zone, 27 of them are construction site subscribers, 45 of them are public and administrative units, 243 of which are subscribers of MV, 315 subscribers are receiving energy from internal LV / MV electricity grid. and our monthly average consumption was 32.8 million kWh. The average annual amount of loss is well below the average of Turkey for the year 2016 0.2% d. In Antalya OSB, there is no power outage due to failure in its own network. However, local malfunctions may occur from time to time in case of faults occurring in the transformer facilities belonging to the general and / or the participants in the interconnected network of TEIAS.

SERVICE AND CONVENIENCE PROVIDED BY ANTALYA OSB

In the construction phase, the low-voltage worksite power requirement of our participants was 31,5 / 0,4 kV. distribution transformers. The operation and maintenance of the network is carried out by our 24 hour service teams. The prices of electricity sales units that are offered to the participants are much cheaper than the TEDAŞ unit price. After the written energy demand made to ANTALYA OSB Regional Directorate for energy needs, the participant prepares the electricity project according to the given conditions and delivers it to the Regional Directorate. In our region, Temporary Acceptance of Energy Permit, Project Approval and Transformer Facilities of the transformer facilities to be installed by our participants are carried out by Antalya OIZ. Electricity sales contract is made with Antalya OIZ. The accrual and collection of electricity bills is made by the Antalya OIZ. Antalya OSB's street, street and environmental lighting maintenance and operation is carried out by the staff of the Regional Directorate and does not impose any financial obligation on the participant.
