INCORPORATION

In 1976, it was decided that organized industrial zone (OIZ) would be established in Antalya under the leadership of Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) with Council of Ministers decree dated 09.06.1976 and numbered 7/12106. Antalya Organized Industrial Zone which was established in a land of 370 hectare (3.700.000 m²) with Council of Ministers decree dated 16.08.1977 and numbered 7/13742 was reduced to a land of 60 hectare in the year 1983 with reason that the site selection was wrong. But it was increased to 370 hectare, the first size in 1998. In 2005 this land became 664 hectare in 2005 thanks to the addition of expanded lands and the purchase of the property which belongs the person or treasury according to approved development plan. Antalya Organized Industrial Zone is a Private Law Legal Entity which acquired its legal entity in accordance with Organized Industrial Zones Law dated 15,04,2000 and numbered 4562.
